Cayas and Ward’s most recent leader is Marios Alexandrou, who holds over 20 years of architecture and interior design experience. Marios, who was the founder of VIOTO, a successful bespoke Brisbane practice, merged with Cayas and Ward in early 2024. A natural fit, with both companies sharing the same energetic pursuit for design and service excellence.

Marios’ foundation and approach to architecture has always sought to provide exceptional design and delivery of architectural fit outs, refurbishments, and green-field projects. His focus is always on value, function, and transparency.

With extensive experience across health, hospitality, commercial, retail, and residential sectors, Marios manages both large scale and bespoke projects throughout Australia. Prior to merging with Cayas and Ward and founding VIOTO, Marios was a Director and Head of Interior Design at leading international architecture firm, Thomson Adsett, and previously a Director of award-winning design focused practice, KP Architects.

Marios holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Built Environment from Queensland University of Technology. He is a Registered Architect and a member of the Association of Consulting Architects (ACA). Marios is commended by his clients for his commercial nous and personal dedication to each of the firm’s projects.
